Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in evaluating, negotiating, and executing M&A transactions. You will play a key role in driving our growth strategy and enhancing our investment portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities.

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and market research to assess transaction viability.

  • Develop financial models to support valuation and deal structuring.

  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with potential targets and partners.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).

  • Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or corporate finance.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
