Overview:
NewDill Investments, a growing firm focused on foreign direct investment, buyouts, and mergers and acquisitions, is seeking a detail-oriented HubSpot CRM Intern.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer relationship management (CRM) systems, data organization, and supporting business growth through efficient CRM practices.
Job Description:
As a HubSpot CRM Intern, you will assist the team in managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM system. You will help ensure the system runs smoothly, maintain up-to-date client data, and provide insights on improving client relationship strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and updating the HubSpot CRM system to ensure all client and prospect data is accurate and organized.

Support the sales and marketing teams by maintaining up-to-date lead, client, and project information.

Help create reports and dashboards within HubSpot to track key metrics and KPIs.

Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for CRM system improvements and automation.

Provide technical support for any CRM-related issues and assist with CRM training for team members.

Conduct regular data cleaning and updates to ensure the quality and integrity of CRM data.

Assist in developing and implementing strategies for using HubSpot to improve client engagement and retention.
Qualifications:

Interest in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and customer relationship management.

Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or other CRM platforms is a plus; willingness to learn and master HubSpot.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze data and generate insights from CRM reports.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members across departments.

Compensation:
This is an unpaid position; however, you will receive a certificate upon completion. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to attend our exclusive workshops and participate in various activities at our discretion.
