Overview:

NewDill Investments, a growing firm focused on foreign direct investment, buyouts, and mergers and acquisitions, is seeking a passionate Policy and Impact Intern.

This role is ideal for individuals interested in policy analysis, sustainable development, and understanding the impact of business decisions on society and the environment.

 

Job Description:

As a Policy and Impact Intern, you will assist the team in analyzing the social, environmental, and economic impact of our investments. You will research policy developments, monitor industry regulations, and support efforts to ensure our strategies align with sustainable practices and contribute to positive global change.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze current policies and regulations impacting foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

  • Monitor industry trends related to sustainable development, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and impact investing.

  • Support the development of impact assessment frameworks and methodologies to evaluate the outcomes of our investments.

  • Assist in writing policy briefs, reports, and presentations on the potential impacts of various investment strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with best practices for social and environmental sustainability.

  • Help identify opportunities for NewDill Investments to influence public policy and advocate for responsible business practices.

 

Qualifications:

  • Interest in public policy, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and impact investing.

  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles and frameworks.

  • Ability to synthesize complex policy and regulatory information into clear and actionable insights.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.

 

Compensation:

This is an unpaid position; however, you will receive a certificate upon completion. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to attend our exclusive workshops and participate in various activities at our discretion.

 

Objective:

This internship provides valuable experience in policy analysis, impact investing, and sustainable development. You will contribute to ensuring NewDill Investments' strategies not only generate financial returns but also create positive social and environmental outcomes.
